How it all began...

- T I M E L I N E -

"Marvin Cowley moved out to Oregon in 1995 with thoughts of being retired. That worked for about two years. He missed being around power equipment, so he went to work for a dealership in Eugene. That worked for all of about three months. Marvin still wanted to experience the dealership life - he just wanted to experience that life in a dealership of his own.

When Marvin left that job, the dealership's owner agreed to sell Marvin the Stihl portion of his business. That sounded pretty good to Marvin. 'Before I moved to Oregon I had a power equipment dealership in Illinois,' Marvin tells. They then were operating in a new classy building that they bought in 2000."
